New issue 1414 by epmclellan: After clicking "See all" in information
object hierarchy treeview, there is no way to collapse the hierarchy again

To reproduce this error:

1)In an information object with more than 10 children, click "See all" in
the treeview
Resulting error:
================
Treeview expands to show all children but there is no way to collapse it
again
Expected result:
================
Should be "Hide" button that allows the user to collapse the treeview back
to 10 objects; see discussion thread at
