New issue 1419 by epmclellan: Siblings of current object disappearing in
information object hierarchy treeview

To reproduce this error:

1)In screenshot 1, I'm about to click on a file-level description
2)In screenshot 2, I have clicked on the file-level description. I expect
to continue to see the siblings of this description in the hierarchy, but
they are hidden
3)In screenshot 3, I've clicked the "See all" button in an effort to view
the rest of the siblings in this level of the hierarchy, but it expands the
entire hierarchy
The siblings of the current information object should remain visible in the
treeview hierarchy.
