New issue 1433 by epmclellan: In taxonomy hierarchy treeview, cannot expand
object without clicking "See all" button

To reproduce this error:

1)Navigate to a term that has multiple descendants
2)The descendants of the current object are not visible - see issue 1432.
Click the - sign next to the object to expand the term
Resulting error:
================
The - sign turns to a + sign but the object does not expand. It only
expands when you click "See all".
Expected result:
================
The hierarchy should expand to show all next-level descendants of the term.
