New issue 1436 by epmclellan: Can't navigate from non-preferred to term to
preferred term in auto-complete lists for subject/place access points

To reproduce this error:

1)In information object show screen, enter non-preferred term in access
points field
Resulting error:

Term does not appear in auto-complete list
Expected result:
================
Non-preferred term should appear with preferred term in brackets: xxxxx
(use:yyyyyy). Note that this issue is probably due to issue 1426 and may be
resolved by resolution of that issue.
