To reproduce this error:

1)In ISAAR or ISDIAH edit screen, remove data from maintenance note field
2)Save the record
Resulting error:
================
Maintenance note appears on show screen and in edit screen when it is
re-opened
Expected result:
================
Maintenance note should be deleted
