New issue 1452 by epmclellan: In button block, "Import digital objects"
button divided into two lines

To reproduce this error:

1)Log in as a user without delete privileges
2)Open information object show screen
Resulting error:

As a result of delete button being hidden, the buttons have been re-spaced
and the Import digital objects button is split up. See attached screenshot.
Expected result:
================
Button should remain intact
