To reproduce this error:

1)Go to information object with descendants
2)Click edit
3)Move cursor over data entry fields
Resulting error:

Tooltip text is superimposed over context menu box. See attached screenshot.
Expected result:
================
Since they're in the same place, it would be hard to expect anything else.
