New issue 1528 by [email protected]: Can't add new actor when editing
events (RAD, MODS & DC)

To reproduce this error:

1)Create or edit an information object using the RAD, MODS or DC template
2)Add a new event
3)Enter the name of an actor that is not currently in the system into the
"Actor name" field
4) Leave the field (tab, click elsewhere, etc.)
Resulting error:
================
The new actor name disappears from the "Actor name" field
Expected result:
================
The actor name should stay in the field. When the form is submitted a new
actor should be added to the system with the specified name.
