To reproduce this error:

1)Select taxonomy that has multiple top-level terms (See screenshot 1)
2)Click on one of the terms (See screenshot 2)
Resulting error:
================
The treeview only shows the current top-level term.
Expected result:
================
The treeview should show the first 9 siblings of the current term.
