New issue 1550 by epmclellan: Fatal error when deleting term

To reproduce this error:

1)Delete a term. In this particular case, was deleting a subject term with
a bunch of narrow terms, which had been attached to an information object
and which had had its name changed.
Resulting error:

Fatal error: Wrong parameters for Exception([string $exception [, long
$code ]]) in
/home/evelyn/public_html/qubit/plugins/qbAclPlugin/lib/vendor/Zend/Acl.php
