New issue 1553 by epmclellan: Unauthenticated user can't browse digital
objects

To reproduce this error:

1)Create a published information object with digital objects attached
2)Log out
3)Browse digital objects
4)Click digital object type links in List digital object screen
Resulting error:
================
No results
Expected result:
================
Should retrieve results for the digital objects attached to the published
information object. Note that user can navigate successfully to digital
objects when using searching or or browsing information objects.
