To reproduce this error:

1)Add "view draft" permissions for repository "A" to anonymous group or an
authenticated user or group
Resulting error:
================
Repository "A" draft descriptions are not visible in:
* Information object browse
* Digital object browse
* Subject and Place browse
* Repository holdings
* Actor context menu
Expected result:
================
Draft descriptions from repository A (only) should be visible.
