To reproduce this error:

1)Edit or create an information object using the ISAD form
2)Click on any of the fields (Identifier shown in screenshot)
Resulting error:

Tooltip is too wide and the left edge is cut off by the browser window (see
screenshot)
Expected result:
================
Whole tooltip should be visible
