New issue 1564 by epmclellan: DC round trip export/import errors

To reproduce this error:

1)Export a record using DC export
2)Import the record
Resulting error:
================
1. Only the start year is exported.
2. Language is not exported.
3. On import, a single creation event is separated into two events, one
containing the name of creator and the other containing the creation date.
4. On import, the reference code is extended - i.e. CA LAC 09 becomes CA
LAC CA LAC 09.
Expected result:
================
Event should have been the same as the original after export import. Am
attaching a screenshot of the original record, a copy of the export file,
and a screenshot of the imported record.
