New issue 1572 by [email protected]: Auto-generate a new reference copy
from master digital object isn't working for external objects

To reproduce this error:

1) Create or edit an information object
2) In show page, click on "Link a digital object"
3) Import a digital object from an external URI
4) In current information object show page, click on "Edit digital object"
5) Remove one of the reference digital objects in "Representations area".
Needs confirmation.
6) Again, in edit digital object page, go to "Representations area" and
enable Auto-generate
checkfox for the representation removed recently.
7) Submit the form
Resulting error:

The digital object isn't being created when MASTER is an external object.
Expected result:
================
The representation should be created correctly. Qubit should be able to
request for the external
uri resource to create a representation.
