above modal dialogs

To reproduce this error:

1)Create info object "A"
2)Link 2 or more digital objects as descendants of "A" (so imageflow widget
appears)
3)Edit info object "A"
4)Open a dialog by clicking the "Names and dates > Add new" link (RAD, MODS
and DC templates only)
5) Drag the dialog over the imageflow widget
Resulting error:
================
Can see imageflow label and slider over top of dialog (Picture 1.png)
Expected result:
================
Dialog should hide (be on top of) imageflow slider and label.
