New issue 1611 by [email protected]: Autocomplete drop down lists are not
shown correctly in IE6/IE7

To reproduce this error:

1) Create a new information object
2) Go to an autocomplete widget (creators, for example)
3) Trigger the focus on the field to display the drop down list
Resulting error:
================
The drop down list is shown under next fields in Internet Explorer 6 and 7.
It is working in other browsers.
Expected result:
================
The drop down list should be shown over the rest of elements.
