New issue 1614 by epmclellan: Add "Import another description" to xml
import button block

After importing a description, an "Import completed" page appears. The
button block on this page has only one button: "View archival description".
To import another xml description, the user has to click on Import > xml.
This is a few extra clicks which could be avoided.
