actor record context menu

To reproduce this error:

1)Create an information object
2)Create an event, including creator name
3)Save the record
4)Open the view page for the related actor object
Resulting error:
================
Context menu for actor object does not show "Creator of" link in context
menu. See example at http://www.ica-atom.org/ccad/index.php/384;rad (click
on creator link).
