when editing events in RAD template

To reproduce this error:

1) Create a new RAD archival description
2) Create a new event, type "Publisher"
3) Saves the new description
4) Edit it
5) Go to events area and edit the last you added
Resulting error:

The type of the event is the default one.
Expected result:
================
The type of the event should be the one set by the user.
This is high priority because users could alter original data
unintentionally due to this bug.
