New issue 1632 by [email protected]: Deleting a term with more than one
generation of descendants causes ACL error

To reproduce this error:

1)Create a term with 2 or more generations of descendants
2)Delete the term, click "Confirm"
Resulting error:
================
Parent Resource id '587' does not exist (see attached error report).
Expected result:
================
Term and all descendants should be deleted
