Replace current forms with a dialog as in events would make contact information edition easyer and it would solve two problems reported by Evelyn:
1) In ISDIAH edit screen, saving contact information and cancelling the record save does not cancel changes to contact area (issue 1442)
2) Saving changes to contact area in isdiah edit screen erases changes made in other information divs (issue 1078)
