To reproduce this error:

1) Install ICA-AtoM 1.0.9
(or try it from demo site, http://www.ica-atom.org/demo/182;term)
2) Go to Description Detail Levels Taxonomy
3) Drag "Partial" and drop it to a sibling node
4) Reload the page
Resulting error:

The node was not moved.
Expected result:
================
The node should be moved.
