To reproduce this error:

1) Use qubit trunk
2) Create a new authority record
3) Open it
Resulting error:

Fatal error: Undefined class constant 'MAINTENTANCE_NOTE_ID' in
sfIsaarPlugin.class.php on line 43
I think that it is a problem with autoload? sfIsaarPlugin.class.php can't
access to QubitTerm members.
Expected result:
