New issue 1651 by [email protected]: EAC-CPF standardDateTime values must include "T" separator for time values
http://code.google.com/p/qubit-toolkit/issues/detail?id=1651

To reproduce this error:
========================
1)Create and save an ISAAR record
2)Export to EAC-CPF
3)Test with XML validator (such as oXygen) against http://eac.staatsbibliothek-berlin.de/schema/cpf.xsd

Resulting error:
================
SystemID: /Users/david/Desktop/DavidJuhasz.eac.xml
Engine name: Xerces
Severity: error
Description: cvc-datatype-valid.1.2.3: '2010-08-20 11:12:22' is not a valid value of union type 'm.data.standardDateTime'.
Start location: 57:58
URL: http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema-2/#cvc-datatype-valid

Expected result:
================
No notice.

It looks like the standard specifies that date/time values must be defined like "2010-08-20T11:12:22' with a "T" separator between the date and time values.
