To reproduce this error:

1)Create a "series" level description and make it a child of a series,
sub-series, file or item level description.
Resulting error:
================
No validation warning is displayed.
See attached file for full list of missing warnings (red).
Expected result:
================
Should show validation warning 'Level of description - Value "Series" is
not consistent with higher levels.'
This is working properly only for "Fonds" level descriptions (see attached
file)
