To reproduce this error:

1)Create a RAD description with an actor linked as creator
Resulting error:

Admin history/biographical description appears in archival description area
in edit screen but in dates of creation area in show screen
Expected result:
================
Should appear in archival description area in both edit and show screens,
in accordance with RAD
