New issue 1706 by epmclellan: In DC template, place access points added in
event dialogue don't appear in browse results

To reproduce this error:

1)In DC edit template event dialogue box, select a place
2)Click submit and save the record
3)In the show screen, click on the place link in the "Coverage (spatial)"
field
4)Or browse places
Resulting error:

The DC record does not appear in the browse results
Expected result:
================
The DC record should be listed in the browse results
