New issue 1730 by epmclellan: Remove ability to edit admin/biographical
history from within RAD edit template

To reproduce this error:

1)Go to edit screen for an information object, using RAD template
2)Make some edits
3)In Archival description area, click on pencil to edit admin/biographical
history in actor record
4)Made edits to actor record
5)Save actor record
Resulting error:
================
Saving the actor record closes the actor edit screen and opens the actor
show screen. The user must now navigate back to the information object show
screen and re-open the edit screen, and all other edits made previously to
the information object (i.e. in step 2, above) have been lost.
Expected result:
================
User would have expected to be returned to the information object edit
screen to continue editing the record.
