added to published parent levels not appearing in show screen

To reproduce this error:

1)Add a lower-level information object to a published parent
Resulting error:

The show screen for the new child record does not indicate that it is a
draft; however, in the edit screen, the publication status is set to draft
Expected result:
================
The title on the show screen should indicated that the new child level is a
draft.
