To reproduce this error:

1)Using RAD, DC or MODS template, create an information object with start
and end dates filled in, or with start date only
2)Duplicate the information object
Resulting error:
================
Start and end dates in duplicate record are changed. For example, the year
1923 is changed to 1922-11-30. Also, a blank end date will be given today's
date (eg 2010-09-22).
Expected result:
================
Dates should be the same as the original record.
