New issue 1759 by epmclellan: Fatal error when browsing subjects

To reproduce this error:

1)Click subjects in browse menu
2)Click on a subject in the results list
Resulting error:

Fatal error: Class 'sfIsadPlugin' not found in
/home/evelyn/public_html/qubit/apps/qubit/modules/term/templates/browseTermSuccess.php
on line 19
Expected result:
================
List of information objects to which subject term is attached. This may
affect places browse too but I can't currently test that due to issue 1758
(I can't get into an information object to edit it).
