To reproduce this error:

1)Open RAD edit template
2)Under Title notes, open drop-down menu
Resulting error:

Values are from RAD Note taxonomy
Expected result:
================
Values should be from RAD Title Note taxonomy. This will cause serious
standards compliance issues for RAD users because Source of Title Proper is
heavily used note.
