New issue 1767 by epmclellan: In rad show screen, multiple "other notes"
display without paragraph breaks

To reproduce this error:

1)In rad edit template, create two or more notes in the "Other notes" field
2)Save the record
Resulting error:

The notes display as one continuous paragraph
Expected result:
================
There should be a paragraph break between the notes
