New issue 1776 by epmclellan: Edit and delete icons not appearing when
event is saved

To reproduce this error:

1)In RAD, DC or MODS, create or edit an event
2)Click Submit
Resulting error:
================
Icons do not appear - there is text instead. See attached screenshot. Icons
appear once the record is saved and the edit screen is opened again.
