New issue 1806 by epmclellan: Clicking on item in information object
treeview causes duplicate object to appear

To reproduce this error:

1)Open show screen of an information object that has children
2)In the context menu, click on one of the children
Resulting error:
================
Child record is duplicated in treeview hierarchy. See attached screenshots.
Screen1.png the shows the hierarchy appearing correctly when the user is in
the show screen for the parent record. Screen2.png shows what happens when
the user clicks on one of the series - the series appears twice.
