Split from issue 1710.
To reproduce this error:

1)Assign a user "viewDraft" permission on only one repository (see attached
screenshot)
2)Click "Browse > information objects"
Resulting error:
================
Can see draft descriptions that belong to other repositories AND
descriptions that are not in ANY repository
Expected result:
================
Can only see draft descriptions in allowed repository.
