To reproduce this error:

1)Create a new actor
2)Click "Related resources > add new"
3)Click in "Title of resource" autocomplete field
Resulting error:

Animated throbber runs for several seconds, then stops, but field is still
blank.
Expected result:
================
Show list of information object titles.
