To reproduce this error:

1)Create or edit an information object
2)In access points, create new subject and/or place terms (ie don't select
from existing list)
3)Click Create or save
Resulting error:
================
Nothing happens. The record does not save and the edit form remains open.
Expected result:
================
Record should save and the show screen should open.
