New issue 1833 by epmclellan: Can't move objects in treeview hierarchy

To reproduce this error:

1)Open show page for information object with child-level objects
2)Drag and drop objects in treeview hierarchy
3)Navigate around hierarchy by clicking on objects etc.
Resulting error:
================
Moved objects don't stay in their new place within the hierarchy.
