New issue 1842 by epmclellan: 500 Internal Server error when saving term

To reproduce this error:

1)Click on Add > Terms
2)Enter data
3)Click Create
Resulting error:

Unable to execute INSERT statement. [wrapped: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity
constraint violation: 1048 Column 'taxonomy_id' cannot be null]. See
attached stack trace.
