i think this is the intended behavior - the site logo is specific to the
site rather than the theme. most themes display the site logo somewhere in
the page layout, however a theme could implement a different layout (e.g.
by customizing templates/_header.php). it could omit the site logo, or
include a specific image, such as plugins/sfFooPlugin/images/logo.png
