Won't fix for 1.1. No pager can be shown if the multi-file object isn't
exploded on upload. However, maybe we can refactor multi-page viewing (and
other aspects of digital object viewing and manipulation) in 1.2, so I'm
changing this to an enhancement and bumping to 1.2.
