New issue 1873 by epmclellan: Saving RAD record with carriage returns in
free text fields results in 404 page not found error

To reproduce this error:

1)Open a RAD edit screen
2)In a free text field (eg Physical Description, Custodial History) enter a
line of text, hit return and enter another line of text
3)Save the record
Resulting error:
================
404 page not found error
Expected result:
================
Record should save and show screen should open. Probably related to issue
1870.
