New issue 1874 by epmclellan: In RAD, some fields don't appear to be saving
in source language

To reproduce this error:

1)Open RAD edit template
2)Enter data in Class of materials specific details area or Standard number
area
3)Save the record
4)Re-open the edit template
Resulting error:

Fields appearing as though they were entered in another language. See
attached screenshot.
