loads ALL taxonomy terms

To reproduce this error:

1)Login as an admin user
2)Click "Import > XML" menu
3)Select and import the attached SKOS xml document
4)View the Subjects taxonomy (click the "View" button)
5)Click on a term
6)Click the "+9 more..." link
Resulting error:
================
Resulting term list includes terms from ALL taxonomies (e.g. Architectural
drawing, Architectural records, etc.)
Expected result:
================
Should only show terms in the current (Subjects) taxonomy.
