To reproduce this error:

This error can't be consistently reproduced because the slug generation is
random, but the chances of collision increase as more rows are added to the
slug table.
Importing the attached XML file (~1300 terms) several times should result
in a collision within a few attempts.
Resulting error:

500 | Internal Server Error | PDOException
SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate
entry 'aCQy' for key 'slug_U_2'
No terms imported.
Expected result:
================
No collisions and all terms imported.
