New issue 1889 by epmclellan: Cover-flow not displaying if child
descriptions have digital objects attached

To reproduce this error:

1)Create a fonds-level description
2)Add a series
3)Open show screen for series-level description
4)Click Import digital objects and attach two or more digital objects
Resulting error:

Cover-flow displays in show screen for the series but not for the fonds
Expected result:
================
In 1.0.9 and earlier versions, the fonds would show the cover-flow as well
as the series. Not sure if this is intentional change in design
