To reproduce this error:

1) Fresh install
2) Insert table prefix
3) Complete installation process
Resulting error:
================
The table prefix is ignored. Tables are also inserted with the source name,
without any prefix. This would cause conflicts when user want to share the
same database for different applications or two or more instances of qubit.
Expected result:
================
The prefix selected by the user should be inserted as the first part of
each table name.
