To reproduce this error:

1) Import XML file DOC_ABC.xml
2) (Items added through indeterminate process)
3) Export file UP4hV.xml
Resulting error:
================
Exported EAD file does not validate against DTD.
Expected result:
================
Exported EAD file should validate against DTD.
